Dream’s Energy series is an effort to respond to the need of the modern drummer to have an expressive cymbal capable of the raw energy required for amplified music and high-tech recording environments. 

Simultaneously bright & dark, like all Dream Cymbals these Energy Series Hi Hats almost defy classification. Crisp and tight when held closed these hats sigh expansively into an abrasive wash giving the user plenty of control and a variety sounds at the tip of their toes. Under the stick they are bright in the middle near the unlathed bell and dark near the edge with a satisfying chick under foot. Surprisingly versatile, the heavy unlathed bottom hat and the crisp medium top hat ooze expression without compromising volume making these 14” hats useful for a variety of styles.

The ENERGY series offers a modern sound palette in a hand hammered cymbal.
