Born in NYC’s Little Italy, D’Angelico is widely regarded as one of the finest archtop guitar manufacturers of the 20th century. Nowadays, they make guitars of all shapes and sizes; all built with the same exceptional detail, mastery and flair that put them on the map.
The Deluxe Brighton perfectly encapsulates this. Striking design appointments like D’Angelico’s unique headstock design, gold hardware and Mother of Pearl/Abalone block inlays are definitely easy on the eyes. In addition, dual Seymour Duncan pickups, coil-tap controls and a Maple/Walnut/Pau Ferro neck offer a vibrant tonal palette.
Body & Neck
The Deluxe Brighton is a curvy double-cut guitar that offers solid humbucking tones. The body material is Swamp Ash, a classic tonewood that’s balanced with a tight midrange. 7-ply binding rounds it off with a luxurious look.
The multi-piece neck employs a strip of Walnut sandwiched between solid Maple. This adds an edge to the Ash/humbucker combination with extra top-end brightness, great for lead playing clarity.
Hardware & Electronics
As mentioned before, twin USA Seymour Duncan humbuckers deliver a warm but gutsy snarl. But thanks to the tonewood choices and coil-tap controls, the Deluxe Brighton is no one-trick pony. It’ll clean up beautifully, just as suited to jazz & funk as it is to anthemic rock.
The hardware is where some of this instrument’s true character shines. Luxuriously adorned with gold hardware, including Grover Super Rotomatic Locking tuners, it’s an undeniably striking instrument. But everything has a purpose; expect fantastic tuning stability, squeaky-clean intonation and reliability across the board.

How do I use instant finance?
It's simple! Just add the products you want to your basket and click the "Checkout" button in your basket. Go through the checkout process and tick the "Finance" option under "Select Your Payment Method". You can then choose which finance term you'd like to apply for, and change your deposit if you wish.
At the end of the checkout you'll be taken to the V12 Finance web site. This is where your finance application is processed. Assuming your application is accepted you'll be able to place your deposit and confirm your order right there.
Then, your order will come through to Andertons and we'll send you the goods. Get approval before 3pm and we'll send your order out the same working day (stock permitting) for next working day delivery!
Who can apply for finance?
You must: spend over £300, be at least 18 years of age, have been a UK resident for 3 years or more, be able to make repayments by Direct Debit, be in regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your partner who is in regular employment.
