The Schecter Hellraiser Hybrid PT-7 ticks every box for the requirements of a modern 7-string guitar. From the wickedly aggressive EMG pickups to the sleek compound radius fretboard playing experience, the PT-7 is packed with features you'd be lucky to find on a custom shop instrument.
Construction
Schecter don't pull any punches when it comes to contemporary aesthetics. This is a sleek, sharply-dressed guitar with a mahogany body topped with quilted maple. Even the high/low inlays have a touch of class.
Set into the body is an ultra thin "C" shape maple neck granting unhindered hand movement. On top is a luxurious ebony fretboard which transforms from a natural 12 inch radius at lower frets into an extremely flat 16 inches the higher up you go.
The Hybrid PT-7 isn't just a looker. It's made to last thanks to carbon fibre reinforcement rods running through the neck. Add to that the locking tuners, Graph Tech Tusq nut and pro standard Hipshot bridge, and you have an instrument you can trust to stay in tune and survive any arduous task.
Sound
EMG pickups have long been the go-to for cutting, tight metal tone. This is the case here, as the PT-7 is equipped with an EMG 57 in the bridge and EMG 66 in the neck position. The former consists of high output alnico V magnets with an unmistakable PAF-like quality. The 66 expands on a smoother midrange with clarity in the upper register due to its ceramic pole pieces.

How do I use instant finance?
It's simple! Just add the products you want to your basket and click the "Checkout" button in your basket. Go through the checkout process and tick the "Finance" option under "Select Your Payment Method". You can then choose which finance term you'd like to apply for, and change your deposit if you wish.
At the end of the checkout you'll be taken to the V12 Finance web site. This is where your finance application is processed. Assuming your application is accepted you'll be able to place your deposit and confirm your order right there.
Then, your order will come through to Andertons and we'll send you the goods. Get approval before 3pm and we'll send your order out the same working day (stock permitting) for next working day delivery!
Who can apply for finance?
You must: spend over £300, be at least 18 years of age, have been a UK resident for 3 years or more, be able to make repayments by Direct Debit, be in regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your partner who is in regular employment.
