This unique bass has been specifically designed by Johnny Christ, continuing a long and very fruitful partnership with the Band Avenged Sevenfold. With a stunning original design the Johnny Christ bass has been loaded with an unusual set of pickups to get a unique and versatile sound.
This bass looks amazing with its satin black finish and contrasting gold hardware throughout. An ash body is complimented with a maple neck to get a warm and resonant tone with enough snap and high end to give it an edge. The ebony fretboard is adorned with gold bone cross inlays with a Avenged Sevenfold Deathbat marking the 12th Fret.
The unique sound of the Johnny Christ bass comes from its pickups. Johnny was looking for a versatile bass that could produce a classic sound, with a guttural clanky distorted growl to it so that he didnt have to swap basses in the middle of a set. Shecter went straight for the EMG MMCS to get a powerful and warm classic tone with a fantastic low end and great clean sound at the bridge. Getting the Growl needed from the neck pickup proved to be a little harder. In an ingenious twist Johnny & Schecter decided to go with an EMG81 pickup at the bridge thats usually used on their high gain electric guitars. It proved a winner and the resulting partnership combines perfectly for a rich and biting sound.

How do I use instant finance?
It's simple! Just add the products you want to your basket and click the "Checkout" button in your basket. Go through the checkout process and tick the "Finance" option under "Select Your Payment Method". You can then choose which finance term you'd like to apply for, and change your deposit if you wish.
At the end of the checkout you'll be taken to the V12 Finance web site. This is where your finance application is processed. Assuming your application is accepted you'll be able to place your deposit and confirm your order right there.
Then, your order will come through to Andertons and we'll send you the goods. Get approval before 3pm and we'll send your order out the same working day (stock permitting) for next working day delivery!
