The Artcore series hearkens back to Ibanez’s roots in the ‘70s, when it mostly produced traditional semi-hollow instruments. Some Artcore models, like the AS73FM-TIF take the classic design and gives it a modern twist, making it more suitable for contemporary players looking for something fresh and vibrant.
With a gorgeous transparent indigo fade finish, Flamed Maple top and Ibanez’s Classic Elite pickups; this stunning semi-hollow is versatile enough to suit multiple genres.
Construction
Beneath its beautiful Flamed Maple top, the AS73FM-TIF features Linden back and sides. Belonging to the Basswood family, this material is light and projects a balanced tone with lots of mid-range bite. In conjunction with its semi-hollow design, this instrument has a lively character, giving chords a beautifully open sound.
The AS73FM-TIF’s body is paired with a set Nyatoh neck, a warm-sounding tonewood that injects some rich low-end. This guitar is adorned with a bound Walnut fingerboard which feels smooth under the fingers, and has medium-sized frets ensuring excellent playability for both modern and traditional players alike.
Electronics & Hardware
The AS73FM-TIF is fitted with a pair of Ibanez’s Classic Elite humbuckers, producing rich, nuanced sounds that lend themselves well to both clean and overdriven tones. Responsive to your playing dynamics, these pickups will let you articulate lead lines or chords with plenty of expression.
Ibanez has also made sure that its hardware is of a similar quality, with its Gibraltar Performer bridge and Quik Change III tailpiece keeping things stable. Easily adjustable, you can make effortless string changes and setup tweaks whenever necessary.

How do I use instant finance?
It's simple! Just add the products you want to your basket and click the "Checkout" button in your basket. Go through the checkout process and tick the "Finance" option under "Select Your Payment Method". You can then choose which finance term you'd like to apply for, and change your deposit if you wish.
At the end of the checkout you'll be taken to the V12 Finance web site. This is where your finance application is processed. Assuming your application is accepted you'll be able to place your deposit and confirm your order right there.
Then, your order will come through to Andertons and we'll send you the goods. Get approval before 3pm and we'll send your order out the same working day (stock permitting) for next working day delivery!
Who can apply for finance?
You must: spend over £300, be at least 18 years of age, have been a UK resident for 3 years or more, be able to make repayments by Direct Debit, be in regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your partner who is in regular employment.
