The BA series of bass amps offer classic, versatile Ampeg tone in a modern combo designed to meet the needs of the working musician. The BA 210 2x10" is a 450-watt 1x15" combo with Ampeg's Ultra Hi/Lo tone shaping in addition to the Legacy 3-band EQ and features built-in Bass Scrambler overdrive. The BA-210 is a rugged, fully-featured amp that can stand up to the demands of the stage or the studio.
Ampeg Tone
Ampeg are one of the legendary names in bass amplification and they've brought that expertise to the BA series. With the Legacy Ampeg preamp you'll find the familiar 3-band EQ of Bass, Mid, and Treble to help you dial in tones for a wide range of styles. There's also an Ultra-Hi and an Ultra-Lo switch for quickly altering your EQ to emphasise the high or low-end. These tones will come through clear and defined thanks to the 15" Ampeg Custom15 speaker housed in the cabinet.
The BA 210 2x10" comes with Ampeg's Scrambler overdrive circuit built-in. The sound of an overdriven Ampeg amp is iconic, with the Scrambler you can get that warm, thick, growling overdrive tone at lower volumes than a vintage Ampeg could. The Scrambler controls include a blend knob for blending the dry and effected signals for an overdriven sound that retains clarity and definition. Additionally, you connect a footswitch (sold separately) to the BA-210 for remotely activating the Scrambler circuit.
Functional Flexibility
The BA-210 has various features that increase its functionality outside of being a simple, great-sounding bass amp. The BA series of amps have a slant built into the shape of the cabinet which allows you to tilt it at a 60-degree angle making them perfect for use as personal stage monitors. For active bass players or those who switch between active and passive frequently, the handy -15dB pad switch quickly adjusts the amp to suit active electronics.
With the AUX input, you can connect a mobile device to play along with backing tracks and you can use the amp volume and AUX Level controls to make sure your sounds match. There's also headphone connectivity so you can practise in silence and avoid disturbing family and neighbours!
Durable Design
At home, in the studio, or on stage, Ampeg BA series amps are built to last. Featuring a 15mm poplar ply construction with a steel amp chassis, durable double-thick Ampeg Classic black Tolex, and impact-resistant metal corner caps. Ampeg have achieved this toughness while keeping the amps lightweight making them great for taking on the road.

How do I use instant finance?
It's simple! Just add the products you want to your basket and click the "Checkout" button in your basket. Go through the checkout process and tick the "Finance" option under "Select Your Payment Method". You can then choose which finance term you'd like to apply for, and change your deposit if you wish.
At the end of the checkout you'll be taken to the V12 Finance web site. This is where your finance application is processed. Assuming your application is accepted you'll be able to place your deposit and confirm your order right there.
Then, your order will come through to Andertons and we'll send you the goods. Get approval before 3pm and we'll send your order out the same working day (stock permitting) for next working day delivery!
Who can apply for finance?
You must: spend over £300, be at least 18 years of age, have been a UK resident for 3 years or more, be able to make repayments by Direct Debit, be in regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your partner who is in regular employment.
