Flexible Recording

This interface is ideal for capturing pretty much any kind of source, in any way you want. A stereo line input lets you hook up a drum machine, keyboard or digital piano etc, while +48V phantom power ensures you can connect and power studio condenser microphones. Or, use the instrument input to directly connect your bass or guitar.

Superior Preamps

A crystal preamp has been incorporated here. It provides low-noise and excellent transparency. It contributes to the best possible sound from any microphones you decide to use, highlighting every nuance and detail of your performance in the process. The preamp is augmented by clear A/D converters boasting a seriously impressive dynamic range.

Accurate Monitoring

The 1/8-inch headphone outputs and main RCA outputs both deliver zero-latency monitoring of your input signal. You can also utilise the USB/Direct switch to tweak the balance between playback from your laptop/computer software, and the direct inputs.

Did not work with my equipment

I was rather disappointed in this product. I use a range of hardware and software and it seems less flexible to these changes than I would like. I frequently revert back to the far cheaper option of the Behringer Guitar Link.

This is a work in progress. The interface itself appears well made, but registering it was a bit of a nightmare, as it would not recognise my (.co.uk) email address, so I had to create a new one (.com). One of the reasons I chose this particular invoice was the inclusion of software - only to discover that said software is freely available for download (though I haven't been able to get it to work yet)! In use it seems two steps forward, one step back. Every time I think I'm making progress with a recording, it seems to stop working without any clear message. I hop I'll get it working eventually, but definitely not plug and play.
