This bundle has everything you need to get started with learning the Bass guitar. It's got an Ibanez GSR200 Bass guitar which is easy to play and most importantly - sounds fantastic. The P/J singlecoil pickups mean you get loads of clarity and won't have a muddy sounding bass when you're just getting started. The pickups are the most commonly used in modern contemporary music.
The amp included in the bundle is a Fender Rumble 15 which is the perfect, small practice amp. It's small enough to practice with at home without disturbing the neighbours but loud enough for you to still hear your instrument.
We've also thrown in a clip-on tuner to make sure your bass is in tune at all times as well as a guitar cable so that you can plug into the amp. And if you want to learn the bass standing up, you can simply throw on the strap and you're good to go.
Here's what Ibanez say about the GSR200
Ibanez basses rock! With their slim necks & powerful pickups, the Ibanez basses not only looks great, but they play & sounds great too. All these great designs and for prices that'll blow you away almost as much as the basses do! Just look at some of the guys playing Ibanez basses - Sharlee D'Angelo (Arch Enemy), Mike D'Antonio (Killswitch Engage), Fieldy (Korn), Paul Gray (Slipknot), Paul Romanko (Shadows Fall) - I think you get the picture!
Ibanez quality and value means these are great for a beginner but they still have the sound quality that appeals to more experienced bass players.
GSR models with high-output pickups offer famous Soundgear professional comfort and playability at “entry-level” prices.
