The Korg Kronos X 88 is the new flagship model Kronos Synthesiser. It features all of the same spec that made the original Kronos so legendary on even the biggest stages across the world but with expanded capabilites thanks to a new 2GB RAM (previously 1GB), 62GB SSD and OS v2.0. Double Capacity SDD
Korg Kronos X 88 comes complete with a double capacity 62Gb SSD drive. This allows for huge amounts of audio recording, file storage and plenty of space for download additional samples and EXi packs from the Korg expansion sound library.
2Gb Sampling Ram
Samples and some internal sound make use of the available RAM by preloading data for instant triggering. The standard Korg Kronos comes with 1Gb of Ram but the Kronos X 88 will have 2Gb of RAM. This allows for more EXi data and samples to loaded at once.
OS V2.0
The new operating system will add a few new capabilities to the existing system with some welcome features. OS2.0 will allow 2 SSD drives to be fitted at once for massive internal storage.*note hard drives should be professionally fitted as not to affect warranty*. Version 2 will also add a new sample bank feature. This will allow users access to custom samples and sound sets much like a normal EXi instrument so sounds can be streamed for the internal SSD drive. This makes sample libraries more accessible and larger than ever before.
