- What does this mean?
Washburn have always made affordable acoustic guitars that have good quality workmanship behind them. The WD10S is a solid top model from Washburn's WD10 range. The look of the guitar is very straightforward, so your money goes that much further! The Washburn WD10S has a solid sitka spruce top, and mahogany sides and back (an incredible feat with a guitar at this price point!). The WD10S has a bone nut and saddle and rosewood fingerboard.
A simple acoustic that is designed for classic looks and the best tone for your money.

Better guitar than the old banger I had, difference is like night and day. (br/)G tuning head a bit stiff, hopefully will loosen up over time.

Bought this guitar for my eleven year old son as a first Acoustic... Absolutely amazing Build quality and sound for the price.... looking for a first acoustic don't look any further. Keep nicking it from my son as I enjoy playing it so much, and this from someone who owns some high end Guitars.

Viewed online with a few other local shops, but decided on Andertons due to stock, and price seemed good. Very knowledgable and helpful staff. My price bracket was up to £250 - tried a Fender, Yamaha and Washburn, ended up with Washburn despite being the cheapest as it felt right, and had a great sound! Looking forward to using it, but pays to play and sample!!

I was on a budget for a beginner's guitar. But I wanted somethinng that had a reasonable price, nice tone, low action, good looks and a solid wood top. The Washburn WD10S ticked all the boxes. I am still happy with the instrument and would happily recommend it to others.
