It was a long wait but when it finally turned up (not a delay on Andertons part by the way) it was everything i hoped for and more.

I spent the first hour just staring at it before even daring to flip the standby to on and when i did it didn't get turned off again for many hours.

Perfect Plexi tone and with the power soak turned down to 0.1% on the 100 watt mode it is perfectly useable as a home practice amp retaining much of the tone and feel of a fully cranked amp (it is fully cranked in reality it's just missing the speaker flap)

The reverb is superb and the noise gate can be set so it doesn't mess with the note decay.

The boost is good but does up the treble quite significantly as such i use it as an option to be used in combination with a few other choice overdrives / fuzz / distortion pedals so you can get every classic rock sound you can imagine and then some. The amp just loves good quality guitars and pedals retaining the voice of whatever you plug in.

I can't praise this amp enough. Thank you so much Marshall for making a monster amp that is usuable at home or on stage (this thing is dangerously loud if required!). Thanks to Andertons for selling it to me and for the usual great service.
