Epiphone Les Paul Standard
Everybody knows the Gibson Les Paul is one of the coolest guitars in the world (the universe even!) - but not everybody can afford one! The Epiphone Les Paul is an excellent lower cost alternative to the Gibson Les Paul, & you know when you buy an Epiphone you're getting an official licenced copy of the real thing. That's because Gibson own Epiphone & that's why Epiphone guitars look so similar to the real thing & also come with proper Gibson designed pickups. We're not trying to say that an Epiphone Les Paul is as good as a Gibson, but they do represent excellent value for money & we think they make better Gibson copies than anyone else does! The Epiphone Les Paul Standard features a set neck (just like the Gibson version) - this means the neck is glued into the joint (rather than bolted on like a Fender Strat), and this gives the guitar greater sustain. The two Gibson designed humbuckers are also pretty meaty - they'll drive your amp hard & give you great distortion & even more sustain. For a classic looking/sounding guitar at a very reasonable price, the Epiphone Les Paul Standard is a great choice.
