Absolutely delighted with the strat. It has a great tone and is a joy to play. I had spent a long time choosing it and it was worth it. Great sustain, neck is smooth and nice to play and the fat 50's are a plus! Would recommend.

I never liked Fenders for years, I was a Gibson man, and had a Les Paul (which I unfortunately had to sell to help finance my wedding) I now have a great Metal axe (Schecter hellraiser) it’s a very well made Korean guitar and I love it. However, the Fender makes a fantastic contrast with its maple neck Olympic white colour, maple fret board and Fender sound it makes me play so differently than my other guitars and for me this is a very good thing for my playing. The guitar itself is very well made, the neck is very good, and the overall build quality I would describe as very good as well. I will say that this is the American strat and I can honestly say my Korean Schecter matches the Fender for build quality easily. I was a little surprised by that. I know this is not a deluxe or custom Fender but I thought perhaps the build quality may be a little superior to my other guitar. That’s not to say it’s not good, its light weight (but not too light) sounds great, has a dead straight neck and stays in tune excellently (after applying a little nut sauce here and there) Over all I am very happy with this axe. This is the first Fender I have ever owned so I can’t compare it to any other Fenders out there, but it has the classic Fender sound for sure and is enjoyable to play.

What can I saw about this guitar.......its Fantastic. I real dream to play, the neck is smooth and the tone is perfect, clear and crisp - The step up to the fat50's is worth paying the extra bit for. I tried a few models in my local music store ranging from the mexi classic series and players to the american special - All were great but this guitar really is something. The service from Andertons was as always flawless. The guitar cam with a nice few extras too including a decent hard case, cable and cloth.
