Boss PSA 240 Power Supply

The only Boss recommended pedal to power your Boss effects. Can be used in conjunction with the Boss TU-2 Tuner and Boss daisy chain lead to power up to 5 of your Boss pedals.

N.B. This product is sometimes also known as PSA 230. If you are looking for a PSA230 to power a Boss effects pedal - this PSA240 is what you're after - they are exactly the same specification!

It's a power supply and works a lot better than the third party one I bought off eBay which introduced some electrical interference through the amp.

A well made PSU, slightly larger than most of the type. There are cheaper ones about, but not of this quality and they can run hotter, so it's worth paying a little extra for the quality and reliability.

This couldn't be any easier. 9 volts centre negative power supply. Plug it in and you get 9 volts! Solid looking and feeling; although the cable looks thin I reckon it could take some trampling around the stage before it wears out. It looks sturdy when compared with other similar products. If you just want one pedal juiced this is a good option but if you need power for a board you will need something else.
Solid and reliable if Boss have anything to do with it, I would not hesitate to buy again. I give it four stars as the fifth comes for reliability over time and it's too soon to say as it has not been gigged yet.
