Customers Outside the UK
Andertons Music Co can ship products to any destination inside the EU, or to the USA. We do NOT ship goods to any destinations other than these. We do not accept web orders or credit card payments from customers outside the UK. International customers must make a bank transfer for the full amount, including shipping, before we are able to ship the goods to you. In order to obtain a delivery price from us, please email sales@andertons.co.uk with the details of the items you want and the address to ship it to. Alternatively, you can view our couriers shipping charges here. Deliveries into the EU are made via road transit and deliveries to the USA are made via Air Transit. All items are fully insured against loss or damage whilst in transit. Customers outside the European Union (EU) will not pay VAT (sales tax) and therefore our advertised prices will be reduced by 17.5%. You will, however have to pay the courier any local duty and tax that is applicable when the items are delivered to your country. For customers inside the EU, our advertised prices include VAT at 17.5%. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OUR ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS ARE DESIGNED TO WORK AT 240 VOLTS & COME WITH THE APPROPRIATE 3 PIN UK STYLE MAINS CONNECTIONS. WE CANNOT SUPPLY EU OR USA STYLE MAINS CONNECTIONS.
