Electronic Drum Kit Standard Accessory Pack

Great products for FREE, headphones are excellent.

I got the pack together with a Roland HD-1 and I found it acceptable. The headset is ok, although I am not an audiophile. The stool is a stool. I was a bit surprised to see that the included sticks (Stagg 5A) have wooden tips - I do not feel they really fit the e-drums so soon I got a pair of nylon tip 7As which I personally find more suitable.

All in all it is ok if you get it for free with your kit but I would have chosen different accessories otherwise.

Mapex Drum Stool: OK

Stagg Headphones: Lead is much too short, gets in the way when playing

Stagg Drum sticks: Pretty rough, unfinished (definitely not the Vic Firth sticks shown in the photo)

Verdict: As part of a bundle, not really up to much. A discount on the kit itself would be better value.

I got this package for free when I purchased the HD-1 and so can't really make too many complaints about it. Drums sticks are drums sticks, I'm not advanced enough to know the difference so no issues there. The headphones are average. The sound quality isn't bad, but it's not mindblowing either. The stool is ok. I find that the bolts slacken quickly no matter how much I tighten them and then the stool becomes very squeaky. However considering the price that these items would be individually I don't suppose that I would be too dissatisfied if I had paid full price for the package either.

What a bargain! Bought with a Roland HD-1.

As someone who has never played drums before, this provided me with everything that I needed to get started. Once out of the box it was set up and play.

This came with the HD-1 drum kit and seems to be more than good enough. The seat seems strongly made and the headphones are comfortable enough and sonically excellent.

Great for new drummers and even if you already drum nice and simple works good with the Roland tutor software and also got it hooked up to reason using the midi hardware you get with Roland tutor, so the hd1 can have endless amounts of sounds programmed to each pad via reason and also record live!

the pack contains what you need to first start playing your HD1. You don't need more.

Very good value for money

The headphones fit nicely and give a good frequency response. The stool is comfy and easily adjustable and the stick are decent for any wannabe drummer. I can't find fault with any and together in this deal they offer a really decent saving.
