The TC Helicon VoiceLive 1 gave singers the ability to add high quality, realistic sounding, intelligent harmonies at the touch of a button. The really clever bit on v1 was that you only need a guitar source for the VoiceLive to work out what key the harmony needed to be in.

Able to change key as fast as you could play the notes, VoiceLive 1 was a singers dream - asuuming of course that you played guitar too! Thats where VoiceLive 2 comes in. The TC VoiceLive 2 can now recognise the correct key for your vocal harmony from any audio input source - wow!

You can plug in your iPod, backing track, guitar or keyboard and the TC VoiceLive 2 will automatically work out the correct vocal harmony for you.

The TC Helicon VoiceLive 2 is a superb product that is great for both recording and performing live vocals. It is very easy to use and in addition to all the provided presets that showcase the unit (which need a bit of tweaking for live use) there are user presets downloadable from the site. This is fantastic tool for enhancing vocals!

I shopped around and Andertons had matched the best price I could find anywhere else on the web for the TC Helicon Voicelive 2 I wanted. BUT they threw in a gig back and Helicon mic worth at least £120 for free! It was a complete no-brainer, and even in the run up to Christmas it was delivered, superbly packaged,within 2 days. AND the 9 months interest free credit I got has allowed me to spread the payments to ease the strain on my bank balance. NO I am not advertising for Andertons, just realy chuffed with the price of the kit and the service. THANKS guys.

The TC Helicon Voiceelive 2 is an amazing bit of kit for a vocalist to have. The pedal comes with over 200 presets and you can change them all to suit your needs, each if fully customisable. It is the most versatile vocal pedal I've ever used- the eq settings (which range from broadstroke/basic to needlepoint/fine tuning) make it possible to get an absolutely excellent vocal sound for traditional clean vocals while the effects mean you can try out more experimental ideas going for a new, unique and bigger sound. It has a good loop feature (as good as most available loop pedals) and the harmony feature is probably the coolest thing i've ever heard coming from a pedal. There are plenty of inputs and outputs (it can also be used a guitar interface and it can be midi programmed) and it is designed to meet a lot of different needs but the real pleasure with the pedal is that it doesn't skimp on anything- if it is meant to be able to do something, it does it very well. It is a little expensive but Anderton's are doing a great deal on it and if you have decent credit you can apply for a no-interest payment scheme and pay it off over time. This is excellent. Certainly worth a look if you are wanting a pedal. I really wouldn't spend £300 on something that will be totally inferior, spend the extra and get this, it's actually amazing, best piece of kit I've bought in a very long time.

I had seen reviews on YouTube about the voicelive 2
but wanted to get one and try it myself.
What an amazing piece of kit. I wanted to try Eagles songs and to add 5 part harmonys on top is amazing. I can't rate this product enough. If you sing with a band or play solo this is for you.
I was going to get a Boss VE20 but having used this one I'm glad I didn't .

The Voicelive2 is an amazing compliment to any live solo performer. I just have to plug in my guitar and it generates rich vocal harmonies on the fly. There are loads of presets and vocal effects and it's easy to program. This is a great bit of kit, solid built and well supported by TC Helecon.

Well I must say this unit made me more vocally aware, and I enjoy singing more. As a guitarist I took to it automatically. I plug my electric guitar into the jack then it exits into my normal pedalboard and amp. My vocals sound excellent, the harmonies are great and the effects are second to none. As a solo performer it gives me more confidence knowing that the pitch correction and de-essing will make it polished. There are some presets that are over the top for live performance but for recording choir type vocals they are solid quality. For live performance I use it subtley as I dont want to draw too much attention to the harmonies, just use it to strengthen the vocals and a fully programmable mixer onboard allows writable patches. Easy to use once you get to grips. Fully recommended piece of kit for the serious musician/vocalist. If you are an average singer (like me) it makes your vocals sound good, If you are a good singer it make it sound excellent. I like the polished sound compression on live performance, Im always looking down at my guitar and the drop in volume through to the mic is taken care of and avoids letting the vocals drop right out. Brilliant, wish I had one years ago.

Must have product for all vocalist, after you have spent some time working it out you could really enjoy yourself.
Shame about the power cable for the voice live 2 for the price you pay you do deserve better ?

Superb, this unit has the ability to follow your harmony, or you can link it to a sound source, both work great.
Build:
Like a tank. And connectivity of usb means that you can update and download new tc patches all the time. It also has a place to store patches on your computer.
As I say, Im rather new to it, but it certainly gives great tone, pitch, compression and gate. It has a wonderful sound quality and can even mimic acoustal spaces so that you can have a more dead or live room.
