Boss FS-5U Unlatched Footswitch

BOSS offers two types of footswitches to choose from depending on your application. The FS-5U is a momentary type footswitch and the FS-5L is a latch-type footswitch.

These footswitches can be used as sustain pedals for most keyboards and can also trigger various functions on effects pedals and other machines.

Well built pedal as you'd expect from Boss. Not much to review here other than it does what it says on the tin.
Good responce, sturdy build and clever little latching ability so you can link several together.

Does exactly what it says on the tin - rugged little switch. Could have been useful to know a jack to jack lead was not included! With an array of these it is hard to know which one does which so some form of marking would be useful.

Purchased with a Roland Cube40xl. Great reliable pedal which I'm going to use on my pedal board as a tap tempo for a giga delay.
Does what it says - non latching pedal.

An absolute must have purchase for the Boss DD7, allowing easy tap tempo input. No noise added onto signal via using the switch, and great Boss build quality so can only give it five stars.
