    Well it works, and if that is your only requirement then good purchase. However it is much better as a foot switch than a sustain pedal. If you are a keyboard player looking for a sustain pedal then spend a bit more, it's too light weight to be of much use unless you are cash strapped or desperate.

    Use it a tap pedal for my DD20.. works perfectly fine,only fault is that the cable is a bit too long but a cable tie will sort that out

    A good cheaper alternative to some of the other Boss footswithces. I'm using this with the Boss Br-800 multi track recorder, and it makes life a lot easier. Starting to record and play the guitar at the same time is almost impossible, but with the footswitch, Simples. Also punching in and out to overwrite your mistakes is easy. For the price the switch seems reasonably robust and it switches positively and so far has worked perfectly every time.
