Great for practice and protecting my ears

I bought these because my drums are loud. I already had by dads old shooting ear covers. However I had to hit the drum even harder to hear them. So I ran through sticks fast. But these still protect your hearing, at the same time you can still hear what you are doing which is useful when you are playing along.

    I highly recommend these!!!

Helped with cutting out excessive noise in a small studio. They take a bit of time to adjust to get the best fitting but once you've got the hang of it they're easy to use and a cheap alternative to the expensive fitted plugs.

If you still want to be able to hear the music you make when you get older I highly recommend you get these earplugs. I think they are great because they don't muffle all of the frequencies (unlike the really cheap foam ones)they appear to just reduce the painful, ear-piercing frequencies. I never go to band practice without them now.

Whilst our drummer is keen to give me tinnitus, and I am keen to stop him doing so, I just dont have £100+ to spend on the plugs that are custom moulded to your ears. These plugs do a great job of bringing the noise in our cramped rehearsal space down to a more comfortable level. All in all, a great product at a great price.

Comfortable and crystal clear in all frequencies. Besides spending over £100 on tailormade earplugs these are the best you can buy. Excellent value for money, especially if they protect your hearing.

I recently joined a band and required ear plugs which would protect my hearing whilst still allowing me to hear myself and others. These ear plugs achieve just that, allowing me to hear all vocals and sound with great clarity.

Decent earplugs for gigging with loud drummers. These will last for a decent amount of time too, so good value.

What can I say? Excellent quality, let me hear what both myself and the rest of the band are playing without ending up with my ears ringing halfway through the first song. Handy little lanyard thing to clip them onto when not in use, plus a secure rubber pouch to put them away in. You can't really go wrong with these in my honest opinion.

The band's drummer has just bought an acoustic kit with us having previously rehearsed and played live with an electronic Roland version. We need to be sure that this would not affect our hearing, and we were also trying different setups with backline vs our normal PA.

These earplugs are an excellent choice for lowering volumes yet retaining clarity. We had some concern that our singer would hear too much 'inner head' voice, and whilst this does occur, it was very quick to get used to and had no adverse effect on pitch or level of singing. We also found that the guitars and bass were not muffled, simply less noisy. Again, clarity of bass and treble were retained to all band members.

In-ear monitoring is a consideration for the future, but these ear buds are a fantastic intermediate step, especially for the price.

Our initial fears quickly dsimissed, we were able to concentrate on the playing and setup combinations.
