Great bag - lots of pockets and padding but a tight fit with an Epiphone Les Paul so most of the pockets made a little redundant by that. And the length of the guitar means it only just zips around the headstock.

However, it came free with the guitar so excellent value :)

When a gig bag is part of of package, my RitterRCG700-E came as part of a Epiphone Les Paul Custom deal so I wasn't expecting a bag of such quality; usually freebies are so so items, handy to have in an emergency. The reason that this item is often out of stock can only because it's so good. Everything that you need to know about this bag is on the product page; the only thing missing on the bag I received is the ID tag, I've got plenty of those anyway. A previous reviewer bought this bag for an Epiphone LPC and said that it didn't fit the guitar; with the Ritter you have to fully unzip the bag, open it up and put the guitar inside, rather like a guitar case. One thing I don't recall reading on the product page is the strap to secure the guitar neck: yes, it's a tight fit but how would a loose fit protect your guitar? Concerned whether or not your guitar will fit in the bag?, measure the guitar and see the the manufacturer has a web page or send an email to Anderton's, it's that simple. As far as Ritter is concerned, if I ever need to buy a bag for any of my instruments I would check out Ritter first.

As far as padded gig bags go it's a pretty sound investment to get a decent one. My Ibanez gets bounced around in the back of my car in this and still looks as good as the day I got her, you can tell this bag's decently made. Luckily I'm not reviewing my driving.

It is a bit tight at first, but it does loosen up within a couple of weeks - it just has to get used to the size and shape of your guitar. You can feel as you slide your guitar in the bag that it's definitely being protected (almost smothered) - something I genuinely don't feel with my other cases.

The pockets are sizeable and it's good to keep spare picks, wires, trem arms and whatnot inside here - there's plenty enough for books or even guitar instructor notes.

All in all - invest in a decent case and this one's a good'un. Or scare yourself silly by imagining your brand new guitar with a dent in...

I bought it for my Epi LP Custom guitar and it's to tight, description only says fits on most electric guitar not very specific at all otherwise it's a very nice quality case.
