What can I say? Really an outstanding quality case. Thick padding, the bottom has some harder(Vinyl-y) exterior material so that you can put the case on the ground and not scuff/know your strap button. Other reviews have covers all the features and they're all totally top notch. Fits the Epiphone Dot like a glove and I love the neck support. Someone was asking what the tiny pocket on the strap is for and to me it seems obvious it's for Ipod nano's. Mine fits perfectly. Andertons gave me this case free with my Dot which makes this even sweeter than it would've been anyway. Thanks Capun' Lee! UPS also did a brilliant job and shipped it without issues. Definitely am going to trust this case with my precious guitar as I haul it from gig to gig! :)

Purchased this Ritter Bag to fit my Epiphone Lucille. It fitted perfectly, nice strap inside the bag to hold the neck in position. Very well padded and has got 3 external different size pockets, can easily fit a A4 folder to hold sheet music. The external handle is extremely well positioned for balance. As i do not use the back straps these are fully tightened to stay out of the way as they are not removeable. Very small pocket on one of the strap handles, I am bemused to wonder what should fit inside it. Other than that small niggle this bag is the best I have ever purchased. My other bags are a TGI and PURETONE from musicroom, these other bags have NO! comparison to this RITTER bag. Well worth the purchase price, would recommend this bag to anyone

Great bag with lots of padding, everything feels well put together and good quality. The zips are metal and flow freely. Only small complaint is that the bag is a little snug for my Sheraton II. Would definitely recommend this bag.
