ESP Guitars - one of the "Big 3" when it comes to making guitars & basses for Rock & Metal players. ESP guitars are available in two basic series - ESP & LTD. If it has ESP on the headstock then the guitar has been hand crafted in the ESP Japanese workshop. The quality of these ESP guitars is exceptional - they even have a custom shop that can custom make you anything you want! If the guitar has LTD on the headstock then these are made in other Far Eastern factories (normally Korea). These LTD guitars are made in larger quantities using an assembly line process - the quality is still great & the value for money is amazing. Over the last 30 years ESP has attracted 100's of the worlds best known guitarists & bass players. The full artist list is massive (if you want to read it go here http://www.espguitars.com/artists.html), but here are a few of the guys that have their own ESP custom made models. Kirk Hammett, Alexi Laiho, Will Adler, Richie Sambora, Ron Wood, Michael Amott, Tom Araya, Jeff Hanneman, and not forgetting the original ESP endorsee George Lynch!

Fantastic bass, best in the market for the money. A little on the heavy side when playing with a strap for a long duration of time but just get a nice comfy strap. Stays in tune very well and everything that comes as standard is of great quality. finish is brilliant and the neck is very smooth and easy to play. One problem is that is doesn't have a volume control knob, all three kobs are tone :S
