    I am not an expert brush player, but i find these plastic brushes easy to play and they have a nice feel.

    They retract well when not used.

    Playing them with a Roland TD-20, i tried another kind of brush, which got snagged on the fibrous skin of Roland drum pad, but the Flix brushes are not as fine as a traditional brushes and work just fine on a rougher kind of drum skin.
