Like its maple counterpart, the Meridian Birch employs the same lightweight and ergonomic isolated tom mounting system for maximum resonance and sustain. The Meridian's thin Birch shells offer plenty of attack and remarkably bright tone. The result is astounding projection and cutting power.
Additionally, the unique Mapex off-the-shell design and single-point-of-contact lugs distribute tension evenly across the shell for even better resonance and sustain.
