Double braced tripod assembly with cast height adjustment assemblies and ABS inserts for no metal-to-metal contact. Cymbal stands have three-tier sections and standard 8mm cymbal titlers. --

Fantastic stand for the money. Felts are a little weak, so would advise to pick some proper ones up at the same time.

I have used many boom stands in the past but must confess that the Gibraltar stand is by far the best of the best.
The locking system is superb, it is weighted and balanced as it should be and there is no movement even after mounting a 20" crash cymbal on it,
Gig after gig it deliveres and the quality and depth of the chrome work is simply superb.
From now on all of my hardwear will be replaced with Gibraltar when the need arises.
