    Nice smaller sized cymbal with fast attack, rapid decay and quite full wash with some dark trashy overtones. Its small diameter gives it a lower tone compared to the usual 16" and larger cymbals, and its rapid decay has some 'splash' like quality but with a broader sound. A nice supplementary cymbal for rock applications. The only draw back is the price. I liked its sound but it is not cheap. I was looking for this type of cymbal for a specific playing application, but there are plenty of other really good crash cymbals out there for less if you are hunting for something and are more open minded.
