Good value. MIDI access very good. Works well my sound modules. Keyboard action is fully adjustable and is what I would expect for this price. The downside for me is the uneven gaps between the white keys. This puts me off as I need to play the keyboard for live performance not just entering data. My fault for not checking it out or spending a bit more.

For the money, this is a great keyboard. I am using it to learn the piano, dip my feet in without spending too much. I have found it works perfectly with synthesia, and feels solid enough.
I may end up buying a weighted 88 key in time, but for now I'm happy to use this. I would still keep it in this instance as a synth keyboard controller.

This is a no nonsense controller keyboard at a very good price. Absolutely ideal for a home studio, I have it driving my Korg Micro X. The keyboard action is a bit light and flimsy, but it is velocity sensitive and a real bonus is the inclusion of a copy of Ableton Live 8 Lite. Slightly disappointed that there's no mains power adapter in the box, but it works fine on USB and with Windows 7 SP1. Recommended.

The unit seems well built but the bundled Ableton software refused to connect to any PC here including a Windows XP machine and two Windows 7 systems.
After talking to someone from Andertons on the phone who was unable to help I returned the bundle to them. A sales person plugged it in to one of their shop systems where it worked with other software but they could offer no suggestion as to why it wouldn't operate with Ableton on any of our systems.
Now we have to buy Cubase or something similar to get it to work or return the unit to Andertons under the sale of goods act. Interesting to see whether this review gets published.

as always, first class service from the country's number one music store, order one day arrives the next, couldn't be better. This keyboard is perfect for a worktop keyboard, slim but still has all the functions you need at a great price. Love it !

I have found this to be a fantastic value for money controller - suiting my requirements of using midi modules (including the sadly obsolete Alesis Nanosynth). Simple to use even a guitarist like me can operate it!
I have given it four stars as I was very disappointed not to get a power supply included. Yes it is great value, but the fact that there is no PSU should have been very clear in the product spec. Add to that, the fact that Alesis have an unusual supply unit....
It is a useful recording tool for my studio but not sure how robust it would be for gigging.
