M Audio KeyStudio 49i Keyboard / Interface

Play the on-board piano as a stand-alone instrument-then plug the USB cable into your computer to play a total of 128 sounds and listen to them from the keyboard's audio outputs.

The built-in interface even lets you record vocals and instruments as well as listen to your sessions and mixes.

    Easy to use straight forward product, great to ahve 2 head phone sockets too. The only gripe I'd have is no phantom power ( though I guess that would then mean you'd have to have a PSU instead of USB power) and on our computers if left inactive the computer stops 'seeing' data transfer so you have to utnr the thing off and on again to reconnect) USB socket is a little on the fragile side for school use though in 2.5 years out of 16 only 2 have broken
