Behringer FL600 Flanger machine

Speed, Feedback, Depth and Time controls, along with the Tape, Digital and Analog switch options allow you to create a spectrum of Flange sounds. With it's RSM (real sound modelling), it can emulate real acoustic environments, to give your sound more depth and fidelity. It has a clearly visible blue LED for ON and OFF, as well as battery check.

All you need to get started is a 9V battery or PSU.
