What Blackstar say about the HT DistX Guitar FX Pedal

The HT-DISTX is a no compromise, ultra high gain, filth machine. The tone has been benchmarked against the best high-gain valve amps in the world and will transform your mild mannered classic into a fire breathing monster. The patent applied - for ISF control takes you from 'Classic British' to 'Modern American' and anywhere in between and the no compromise speaker emulated output lets you get it all down to tape or disk.

Everything about the pedal is great. Originally purchased as a boost pedal for my tiny terror but with more utility in mind and it delivers. Provides a smooth boost which will help drive all tube amps or alone could be used as your main source of distortion. The item is built like a tank so I don't expect any breakages. Only problem is the 16V power supply making it hard to find an all in one power brick for my new board, however I did manage to fine one :D. Already used in a gig environment and it works a treat. Definatly worth the price.
