These headphones are very much at the cheap and cheerful end of the market when you consider how much one can invest in a serious pair of cans however they hold the treble nice and don't boom out with the low end too much. Considering these came free when I ordered an Alesis Drum pad, you can't really fault them.

For the price these headphones are fantastic, well built and good sound quality, would recommend purchasing then as a good mid range piece of equipment!

Free with a keyboard purchase but nonetheless excellent for that. They're sennheiser, so unless you're a sheepdog who's into recording, they'll be as good as you'll need for your home recording/listening.

Fine for 'walking around' headphones e.g. you want cans for your iThing they're a cheap step up a bit from earbuds. They're comfortable to wear and not too heavy.

They're not something you'd want to have a proper listen on though, really uneven across the range, lacking in middle and muddy going into the lower end which is a bit too heavy.

Not bad at all considering the price. Easy and comfortable to wear with quality sound. They are light weight but do not offer much isolation.

Build quality is a little bit plasticity but up to Sennheiser's usual high standards. Reliable and affordable.

These headphones are comfortable to wear for long periods of time (and don't fall off) and for the price give good sound quality,as well as doing a decent job of blocking out any noise from your surroundings. However, from the line out on my guitar amp, as expected some tones/heavy distortion seems muffled/fuzzy, but fine for practicing. Also has a lengthy cable.

These came as a freebee so am not disappointed. They are very light weight but not too comfortable to wear for long as the ear pieces are strangely soft to touch but hard to wear. They come with a good 2mtrs of cable for home use but the most likely use would be with a personal player so this length would be annoying. All plastic construction and sound very hollow especially with no input, feels like you have your head inside a box. OK for recreational use but would not use them in the studio.

These are decent headphones for the price but if you want more clarity or dynamics you have to spend more money. They seem to be more comfortable and slightly better sounding than Sony MDR-300 but the sound clarity and details (especially mid and upper range) isn't near Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro (I own both Sony and Beyerdynamic).

First in would like to thank you for sending me a pair. Extremely unexpected! The Sennheiser HD201 are what i call your middle of the road headphones. The sound quality is coloured and seems to have a compressed 'quality' to it. When playing an MP3 through them the music is a bit distant and squashed. So they are not for the serious musician. But saying that they're not all bad. For everyday listening on the train or sitting at home relaxing they're great because of the light weight design. For the video gamer who needs a inexpensive, light weight, decent quality pair of headphones these are the ones!!!!

For the price you can't really expect too much from a pair of headphones, but Sennheiser give you your moneys worth here. I've not used a wide range of headphones but I have have used various headphones in this price range. The audio quality is decent and significant better than most headphones at this price, The cord length is a bit longer than any other headphones I have used in this price range allowing me to now grab stuff without needing to take headphones off as often.

The headphones seem to fit much better than other cheap headphones and are much less irritating during long nights of recording/listening to music compared to what I previously used.

Essentially you can't really go wrong with a pair of Sennheiser headphones, many of the other brands selling headphones at this price-point tend to be of real poor quality and leave you feeling ripped off. With these I feel like I have got what I have paid for, if not more.

Poor quality headphones with too much bass, poor treble and no midrange. Earcups have poor padding and are uncomfortable. Would not recommend to anyone. A complete waste of money.

Great headphones if you're on a budget. I wouldn't want to spend any more on anything better as these do the job perfectly. They block out the noise really well and can be turned up extremely loud if required without compromising the sound quality

These headphones blew my mind away.. as i received them as a complimentary gift from the store , after i bought my Korg synthesiser , i was expecting something basic standard.. well.. i got a chock !!! as basic standard is totally the opposite of what i had over my head when i plugged them in.

the sound is amazing.. basses are deep and rich, trebles were clear and not squeaky.. not sure whether they are top or average range quality headphones, but what i know is that they are excellent.. and have been really appreciated as a complimentary gift.. At the end of the day.. as a customer I don t ask for miracles.. but friendly service, being acknowledged and listened to and having a vast choice of items. and trust me.. for any musician.. anderstones store is as close to Heaven as it can be... i mean.. you want something.. they have it... it is just ... incredible..

I got the Senheiser headphones free with the Roland Juno Di keyboard. These were a great bonus as they enable me to play the keyboard silently when needed. The quality of sound is very good indeed. I think to purchase them, they are priced in the region of £15 - £16. Not top end stuff, but for personal listening to the keyboard, they are excellent. One other benefit is the jack is small enough to fit in my MP3 or laptop, so they phones are very flexible for my needs. Overall, delighted with them.

For the price you pay, these are great headphones, you're not going to get amazing clarity or response at the price. But if your in need of extra headphones so that other people can monitor as well, these are great as they are very cheap and do the job admirably. They even include a 1/4" adapter, which surprised me, given the price point!
