The MDY12 is a cymbal arm for Roland electronic drum kits. This handy cymbal mount fits all Roland MDS Drum stands such as those for TD-4, TD-9 and TD-12 kits. It enables you to add an additional cymbal pad to your rack with a flexible clamp system for easy position adjustment.

There is very little to be said about this product. It does exactly what it's intended to do and it does it well. However the price is hard to justify, despite the truly excellent built quality. All of the components have a certain mass and rigidity, they shall certainly stand the test of time, however the price is still pretty steep.
Nonetheless, still a good product.

I purchased the cymbal arm with the new cymbal, I was really impressed with the new arm. Boom style with ball and socket adjuster. Fits perfectly and gets the cymbal in the perfect position, with little intrusion.

Well designed stand/arm. Not the cheapest but at least you will be sure it is compatible with the Roland rack stand.
