Earthwood light gauge Acoustic Guitar strings are designed for steel string acoustic guitars.
The string gauges go from an 0.011 on the top to a 0.052 on the bottom. The light gauge suits most beginner to intermediate players, however, for more expereinced players with stronger fingers, the medium gauge Earthwoods are also popular. Earthwood acoustic strings are made from 80% copper, 20% zinc wire wrapped around hex shaped tin plated steel core wire. These most popular acoustic guitar strings provide a crisp, ringing sound with pleasing overtones.
