 Get ready to shift to hyperdrive, as we welcome a brand new kit configuration from TAMA. The TAMA Superstar has been a firm favourite for many years, and the new Hyper Drive features the same hardware, die cast rims, durable finishes and professional sound that come on the regular Superstar. So what is Different? For a start the the new hyperdrive comes with HYPER DRIVE toms, which are basically
6.5x10" Tom Tom
7x12" Tom Tom
12x14" Floor Tom
14x16" Floor Tom
5.5x14" Snare Drum
18x22" Bass Drum (w/o tom mount)
These shorter dimensions improve tone, tuning and allow you to position the toms more freely. DW drums have also done this in the past but the TAMA Hyper Drive custom inspired kit is a lot more affordable than the DW version. The kit also comes in two new cool finishes - Blue Metallic Fade,and Custom Scarlet Fade. Each include Black nickel fittings and Road Pro hardware.
