Korg tuners have earned the trust of performers in many genres around the world for their precision, accuracy, and reliability. The new GT-12 tuner for guitarist and bassists is the culmination of KORG's technological expertise. The needle-type meter shows a stable measurement value, while the LCD displays the calibration setting, flat mode, note name and battery condition. Two LED's # and b indicate the pitch. Operation has been made more visual, so that you can tune your instrument more quickly.
Simple operation for easy use The numerous functions of the GT-12 can be accessed simply by pressing a switch or rotating a dial. Two tuning modes: Auto and Manual You can use one of the two types of tuning: Auto mode in which the string is detected automatically, and Manual mode, which is convenient for vari-speed tuning or precise tuning. Ukulele tuning is also supported When ukulele mode is selected, pressing the NOTE switch will change the note names in the order of 4G > 3C > 2E > 1A.
Calibration function The calibration setting can be adjusted in the range of 438Hz to 445Hz to accommodate a variety of reference pitches. The GT-12 can detect pitches in a wide range of A0 to G8, making it ideal for use with any musical style or key.
Open tuning / Flat tuning modes Virtually any musical genre is accommodated, with four standard open tunings such as D, E, G, A (Manual mode) or quadra-flat tuning modes that can detect dropped pitches of up to 4 semi-tones.
Reference tone oscillator The GT-12 can generate a reference tone in the range of C2 to C7. You can listen to a tone while you check the pitch discrepancy, and the output volume is displayed in the LCD.
Built-in mic supports acoustic guitar mic A mic is built into the GT-12 to allow acoustic guitars and other acoustic instruments to be tuned.
