I ordered the Line 6 valve head/412 cabinet bundle online on Saturday and it was delivered yesterday (Tuesday) morning.

Asked a couple of questions on the phone in the interim and was helped out by very enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff.

Plugged it in last night and had a flick round the knobs and whistles, and now can't wait to get it on stage - flashing lights, illuminated branding and all - but most of all for its beautiful sound!

I came to your Guildford store on Saturday to test and buy PA gear. Great service & great prices. Jack was exceptionally helpful and happy to give us over an hour trying all the different speakers etc so I could get the right ones, Josh was equally as helpful in sorting out alternative stands for the speakers as you had no stock of the ones in the package deal for the Thumps. I spent a lot more than I planned to, leaving with speakers, stands, desk, guitar fx, mic and cable, and was happy to do so as the advice and service was top notch.

Hi, Just wanted you guys to know that i had a Fantastic shopping experience at your store in Guilford.  Hello. Thanks for your rapiddddddd service – most impressive!  The Yamaha PA arrived this morning – no problem – I’ve set it up and given it a good test and so far it works very well – as you would expect from anything with Yamaha on it.

I have never heard one of these units working – it was bought on the the reputation of Yamaha – and they certainly did not fail me this time.  Amazing tone and power – and oh boy doesn’t it handle the keyboard well!  Total quality!  I’d recommend it to anyone.

I don’t know what they put in the “magic box” but I tried it also with an electric mandolin – a tricky tone to set up on amplifiers – it did not even want tweeking – it just worked – truly wonderful/

 After about 2 or 3 weeks the headphone socket on my UX2 started acting up. I emailed Anderton's and they arranged a replacement with no questions asked. They collected the faulty unit so I didn't even have to post anything.

All in all, Anderton's get a hearty recommendation from me, and if you want to buy music equipment in general or a Line6 Toneport UX2 in particular, do yourself a favour and buy it from them.
