Credit Card Security

We use Cybersource for all credit card payments. Your credit card details are not held in clear text on any web site.

Warranties

New items come with a minimum 12 month warranty against manufacturer defect. Some manufacturers offer extended warranties - details of these extended warranties will come with the product & you may be required to register the product direct with the manufacturer in order for the extended warranty period to apply. Second-hand items come with a 3 month parts & labour warranty.

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods, where the fault is due to manufacturing defect, will be exchanged or refunded where possible within the first 30 days of purchase. After that time and for the remainder of the warranty period, faulty goods must be returned to Andertons Music Co & will be repaired & returned to the customer.

Once repaired, goods will be returned to the customers UK address at no charge. Persistently faulty goods may be exchanged or refunded at the Manager's discretion. Faults due to misuse are not covered by any warranty.

Damaged Goods

Damaged goods must be reported to Andertons within 48 hours of purchase/delivery of the goods. If the package appears to be damaged on delivery, please write the word "Damaged" when you are asked to sign for the delivery.

Andertons Music Company do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy

REFUNDS

Goods may be returned to Andertons up to 7 days after the date of purchase for a full refund provided that:

    The goods are returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging materials.
  • The goods are a normal stock item and have not been specially ordered at the customer's request.
  • Proof of purchase can be established.
Exceptions to this refund policy apply to:
  • Products where a licence agreement is included with the product (ie software and sample CDs). In the case of such products a refund can only be offered if the product packaging has not been opened or tampered with in any way.
  • Books and videos

Items shipped to Europe

Please note that whilst we offer a 12 month warranty on all goods shipped to the EU, we do not cover the cost of returning the goods to the store. This is down to the customer to organise & pay for. If you have a faulty product & need to return it to Andertons, please fill in the returns form.

EXCHANGES

Goods may be returned to Andertons up to 30 days after purchase for a full exchange provided that:

Please note that delivery and collection charges will not be refunded if you decide to return a product for any reason other than it being faulty.

Where can I recycle?

DCFs will be nationwide and is likely that your 'local tip' has been upgraded to provide this facility.To find your nearest DCF simply click here. The recycle-more.co.uk website allows you to enter your postcode and you will then be directed to your nearest DCF. More DCFs will be added over time so even if there is not one local to you now there soon will be.

Andertons WEEE Returns Policy

If you purchase a new product from Andertons, we can accept back your old product and will recycle it for you. This service is provided on a like for like basis - i.e the new item is a replacement for the item you are leaving with us. Purchased in store - you can drop off the item for recycling up to 28 days from the date of new purchase.

Mailorder and Internet Customers - Collection on delivery of your new product; if you want us to collect the new item when your new item is delivered, then please contact us on 01483 456711 or email info@andertons.co.uk and, for an additional charge (purely to cover the cost of the return to Andertons) we can arrange this for you.

If you wish to arrange a collection after you receive your new item, you can do so for up to 28 days after the delivery date. Please email info@andertons.co.uk Please note, you will be charged the collection charge for the item. Further information on WEEE. Regulations can be found here.
