In Store or Online - here's how we look after you

• All products & prices listed on the web site are available to both in store & on line customers.
• If our web site shows that an item is in stock that means we have the item available to purchase from the store as well as online.
• If something goes wrong with your purchase you can bring it back to the store or we can collect from your address. Unlike many other discount retailers, we are happy to collect faulty goods from your address at any time during the warranty period - all at no charge to you. Many other retailers only offer this service for the first 30 days of the warranty - after that it's up to you to return the faulty item to them at your cost. You could end up spending a lot of time & money getting a faulty product back to the place you bought it from - but not if you buy from Andertons.
