We're sorry to hear that you need to return an item to us, but please rest assured we will deal with the return as quickly and professionally as possible. - Your item has developed a fault within its standard warranty period and you want it exchanged or repaired
- Your item has developed a fault outside of its warranty period and you want it repaired (charges will apply)
This returns form is designed to be used by customers wishing to return a faulty item for repair/exchange. Faulty goods are only exchanged if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase.
Do NOT fill in this form if...
- You wish to return goods under the 7 day return policy
- You wish to return goods under the 30 day exchange policy
- Your goods have arrived damaged or incorrectly
