Andertons Music Co pride themselves on their high quality customer service. We're sorry to hear that you need to return an item to us, but please rest assured we will deal with the return as quickly and professionally as possible.   • Your item has developed a fault within its standard warranty period and you want it exchanged or repaired
  • Your item has developed a fault outside of its warranty period and you want it repaired (charges will apply)

This returns form is designed to be used by customers wishing to return a faulty item for repair/exchange. Faulty goods are only exchanged if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase.

Do NOT fill in this form if...

  • You wish to return goods under the 7 day return policy
  • You wish to return goods under the 30 day exchange policy
  • Your goods have arrived damaged or incorrectly

Please contact us if you wish to return an item for any reason other than a fault with the unit itself that did not occur in transit.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Upon receipt of this returns form, we will issue you with an RA number and a confirmed collection date/time.
Please ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box and that a copy of this form is inside the box.
NB: Failure to clearly write the RA number on the box and/or to include this form with the return will cause delays in processing this repair.

You are responsible for packing the item for return suitably and securely for transit via a national, overnight courier. If you have kept the original packaging then that is normally best, but if not, you must ensure the product is well packaged. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage that occurs in transit due to poor packaging.
