Andertons Music Co pride themselves on their high quality customer service. We're sorry to hear that you need to return an item to us, but please rest assured we will deal with the return as quickly & professionally as possible. This returns form is only designed to be used by customers wishing to return a faulty item for repair/exchange (please note, faulty goods are only exchanged if the fault occurs within the first 30 days of purchase).

If you need to return your purchase for any of the following reasons, please contact our customer service manager using the contact page. You do not need to fill in this form.

  • Goods are being returned under the 7 day return policy
  • Goods are being returned under the 30 day exchange policy
  • Goods have arrived damaged or incorrectly

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

On receipt of this returns form, we will issue you with an RA number & a confirmed collection date/time. Please ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box & that a copy of this form is inside the box (please press your print button to print this form). Please note, failure to clearly write the RA number on the box and/or to include this form with the return will cause delays in processing this repair.

You are responsible for packing the item for return suitably & securely for transit via a national, overnight courier. If you have kept the original packaging then that is normally best, but if not, you must ensure the product is well packaged. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage that occurs in transit due to poor packaging.

As soon as we receive the item back from you, we will send it to the appropriate repair engineer. Once the item is back with us we will arrange a convenient delivery back to you.
