Andertons Music Co can deliver products to many destinations across Europe. Depending on your order we may be able to accept a credit card, and we also accept bank transfers for all overseas orders.

Our European courier use a road service & typically takes 2-5 days (depending on the destination), & offers online tracking for all deliveries. Our web site will automatically calculate the weight of your order & add the correct delivery cost to the order when you go to the checkout phase. If you’re country does not appear in the checkout process, then please contact us for a delivery quotation.

Important Information for overseas customers

• All orders are fully insured against loss or damage whilst in transit.
• Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• All our advertised prices include VAT at 17.5%.
• All electrical products purchased from Andertons Music Co will be designed to work on UK voltage &, where appropriate, will come with a 3 pin, UK style mains lead.
• Please note that whilst we offer a 12 month warranty on all goods shipped to the EU, we do not cover the cost of returning the goods to the store. This is down to the customer to organise & pay for. If you have a faulty product & need to return it to Andertons, please fill in the returns form.
