The tables below give an indiciation of our delivery charges to the UK. Our standard delivery service to the UK mainland is a next working day service. Deliveries to remote UK mainland addresses, Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands may take longer. If the goods you order are in stock at the time of ordering and we receive your order before 12pm, you should receive your order the next working day. Please see the section below for our definition of a working day.

For selected items (most items over £200 and under 30kg), our standard next day delivery service is FREE. Exceptions apply.

We calculate shipping based upon the weight of the heaviest item in your basket. If one item in your basket qualifies for free delivery - we'll deliver the whole lot free! Items that qualify for free delivery within the UK mainland may not qualify for free delivery within other UK delivery zones, nor international delivery zones.

To calculate the exact shipping cost for an order, please advance through the Andertons checkout. When you reach step 4 (the step where you enter your delivery address) we will show you all the delivery options available to your address.

Is the product I have ordered in stock and ready for despatch?

We show realtime stock levels on each product page on our website. This information is updated every 15 minutes so if our website says we have something in stock - we do!

If a product is in stock, and we receive your order before 12 noon, we aim to get it out on the same day for delivery the following working day. During extremely busy periods like Christmas, or in unforseen circumstances such as those caused by severe weather, we cannot guarantee the same despatch and delivery schedule. If your order is time sensitive, please order in good time to avoid disappointment.

If some items on your order are in stock and some are not, you can choose to split your order into multiple deliveries. Simply contact us to do so. Please note: this will incur additional delivery charges. We cannot split orders paid for using Google Checkout or Pay4Later Instant Finance.

Order before 12 noon on a normal weekday using our standard UK next working day service, and we will despatch your order on the same day (as long as your items are in stock - check the availability box on product pages to see stock levels for that product). You should receive your order the next working day after we despatch it.

Order after 12 noon on a normal weekday and we will despatch your order on the following working day for delivery to you the next working day after we despatch.

We do not despatch orders on weekends, public holidays or bank holidays. Our courier will not deliver orders on these days either. These days are not considered "working days" in the context of Andertons' delivery schedule.

For most customers in the UK (with the exception of remote areas, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands), delivery of your order will occur one working day after we despatch your order. We use one of the UK's largest couriers - UPS - to deliver our goods to you.

All orders must be signed for, so please ensure that someone is in to receive your order on the day that it is due. We will let you know by e-mail once we have despatched your order.

Premium Services

Saturday delivery is available as a premium service to mainland UK customers, selectable at the checkout stage of our website.

Weekday delivery, guaranteed before 12 noon, is also available.

Delivery Time Examples

• Order on a Tuesday at 10am and you will get your item on Wednesday.
• Order on a Friday at 3pm and your order will leave us the following Monday for delivery to you on Tuesday.
• Order on a Saturday that precedes a Bank Holiday Monday and your order will leave us on the Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
• Order on a Friday at 10am and select "Saturday Delivery" in the checkout. Your order will leave us the same day for delivery on Saturday.

Non Mainland UK

For customers ordering from the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or from any other UK Island (except the Isle of Wight), not all the premium services are available, and standard delivery charges may be higher.

We do not guarantee next working day delivery for Non-Mainland UK addresses. Delivery to remote areas typically takes 1-2 working days but may take up to 5 working days after dispatch.

Tracking your order

When we have despatched your order, we will send you an e-mail containing the information you need to track this order with our courier.

You can also get your tracking number by logging into your Andertons account and clicking My Orders.

We ship to most EU countries and a selection of other international countries. To see if we ship to your country, please create an Andertons account or log in to an existing account and navigate to the My Details section. If your country is in our drop down list, you can buy products directly from the Andertons website!

If your country is not on the list, it is most likely that it is not economical for us to ship to you. International Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary from country to country. The easiest way to find out the delivery charge for an item on our website is to add that item to your shopping cart and click Checkout. Proceed through the checkout process to step 4 where you will be asked to enter your address. Once we know your address, we will show you the correct delivery rate for your order. You do not have to enter your payment details to get this "quote".

Please be aware that EU residents will be charged VAT (UK Sales Tax) on their order at the current UK rate. We will deduct VAT for non EU residents but please be aware that additional import taxes and charges may be added by your local customs authority. All transactions are carried out in Pounds Sterling and converted to your local currency by your bank at the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.

International Delivery Times

Delivery times vary from country to country depending on your location and your local courier network. Typically items take between 2 and 5 working days to arrive, but don't be alarmed if your order takes a little longer!

Please note: All orders must be signed for, so please ensure that someone is in to receive your order on the day that it is due.
