Yamaha announce 3 new Guitar Amps in the THR Range THR10C - THR10X - THR5A

When Yamaha released the first THR guitar amps last year it carved a new niche into the guitar amp market. Yamaha refer to this as your third guitar amp. The first being your monster stage stack and your second being a nice low wattage tube amp. The Yamaha THR10 and Yamaha THR5 guitar amps quickly became the go to guitar amp for people wanting great tone when out and about, ideal in the dressing room, lounge, tour bus and bedroom.

The three new Yamaha THR guitar amps take the basic principles of the original THR guitar amps but focus on giving a more specific set of tones for the discerning guitarists.

The Yamaha THR5A is a guitar amp designed for acoustic guitarists who want studio tone without the studio, a combination of mic options, compression, chorus and reverb give you lush warm acoustic sounds in any environment.

The Yamaha THR10C is the guitar amp for the Blues loving Tube amp toting tone hound, Its all about warm vintage tube driven sounds and tape echo style delays instead of the digital delay sounds of the original.

If the thought of acoustic guitars and chilled out blues breaks you out into a cold sweat then the chances are you want the new Yamaha THR10X guitar amp.
