EZkeys Upright Piano Released

Toontrack have announced the release of an Upright Piano version of their popular EZkeys virtual instrument - EZkeys Upright Piano.

The original EZkeys Grand Piano was celebrated for its authentic sound that was true to the sound of a real acoustic grand.

Likewise, EZkeys Upright Piano maintains the EZkeys ethos of ready-to-use sound out of the box. Sampled meticulously so that every nuance of playing is captured, and recorded at Studio 9, Sveriges Radio, Sweden using the best vintage & modern gear, EZkeys Upright Piano is not the kind of virtual instrument that sounds great by itself but struggles in a mix - it is one of the most naturally-recorded sampled pianos on the market.

Based on an Ostlind and Almquist piano which dates back to the late 1800s, EZkeys upright piano has enough character to stand out sonically, without losing the diversity and versatility of an upright piano which can sit neatly in a busy mix, or provide a bright and lively piano sound when used on its own.
