Fender have announced the popular Fender Machete tube amp designed for pure metal tones will be available soon as a head with two matching cabs. The Machete head is rated at 50W and can be paired with either a 1x12" cab or a 4x12" Cab (pictured).

The Fender Machete 50w Head will feature all of the controls and features of the combo but with the flexibility to work with a number of matching(and non matching!) cabs to suit different rigs, setups and sounds! Some will favour pairing the 1x12" for a tight focused tone, others the 4x12 for bone crushing power and low end. Some will even want both! The 1x12" for home and the 4x12" for stage!
