Midtown Standard P90 announced by Gibson

Gibson have announced a new model to join the Midtown Standard line up: the Midtown Standard P90. The Gibson Midtown Standard is a modern classic that fuses the style and acoustic elements of both Gibson's seminal ES-Series hollowbodies and the legendary Les Paul Solid body. The majority Mahogany construction gives the Midtown the power and sustain of a less paul while the body chambers and the f-holes in the maple top give the midtown soem fo the classic honk of the fabbled ES-335. This fusion gives you a versatile instrument with a vibe all of it's own perfect for those that want Gibson tone but with somethign a little different. The P90 pickups further enhance that vibe giving you a biting tone with the punch of a humbucker but the grit of a singlecoil.
