Q: How much is shipping to...?
A:The UK shipping rates are shown on the product page. For other destinations you will need to add the product to your basket by clicking "buy now" and go through to the checkout. Your shipping rate will be shown once you have entered your address details. You will not have been asked to enter your card details at this point, and you don’t have to complete the order if you don’t want to.

Q: How much is this in Euros/Can I pay in Euros?
A: We only accept payment in GBP £ Sterling. As a guide you can check today’s exchange rate here
If you buy using a credit/debit card, the card/bank will automatically convert your payment into GBP £. The exact rate at which this transfer takes place is up to the bank or card issuer, but it should be similar to the rate in our guide.

Q: If I order by phone or by finance can I track my order online?
A: When you order by phone/finance you won't be given a web order reference so you can’t track your order online. You will have to use the good old fashioned telephone to get order updates!

Q: No ETA is shown for a product - when is it coming?
A: If this is shown against a product it is because we don't have any information from our supplier telling us when the product will arrive. As soon as we get an ETA this will be shown on the site.
