Out of Stock Items
This item is currently unavailable direct from our warehouse. Many items will already be on order from our suppliers & will be back in stock very soon. As soon as an item is back in stock, our web site listing will update to show the item as "IN STOCK NOW". If we don't already have the item on back order then we will special order it for you - providing that the supplier has stock available, special orders take 4-7 days to come through. However, in some cases suppliers can be out of stock for weeks & sometimes months - if you place an order & it turns out that the lead time on the order is going to be more than 1-2 weeks, we will let you know either by phone or by email. We do not debit your card until the day we actually ship you your order, and up until that point you can cancel at any time. As frustrating as it is, sometimes the only way to get the item you want is to get in the queue & wait!!.

Shipping Costs Explained
Andertons Music Co only use a nationwide next day courier service for delivering customer orders. The standard cost for next day delivery is £10 per order (not per item) - this will be added to your bill when you get to the shopping cart phase. Some larger items will incur a higher delivery charge. Typically delivery of acoustic drum kits & digital pianos will cost more that say a guitar or a keyboard. These higher delivery charges will be shown when you get to the shopping cart stage. As a guide, drum kits will cost between £25-£30 to deliver & digital pianos will cost between £40 & £50 to deliver. Please inform us in advance if your address is on a first floor or higher, as our normal courier service may not be able to deliver heavy items to these types of addresses. Please also note that our standard delivery service does not include any set up of the equipment once it has been delivered.
